Created in collaboration with Zack Di Lello, this video work was commissioned for the War and Love Festival and performed at the Sheldonian Theatre, Oxford. Responding to the poetry of Bertolt Brecht, the piece reflects on the tensions between intimacy and violence, vulnerability and resistance. Combining moving image and spoken word, it reinterprets Brecht’s writings through a contemporary lens, exploring how love persists amid conflict and how memory becomes entangled with histories of war.
