“Tracing Be(longing): A Poetic Ethnography of Home and Displacement”

Developed during a six-month residency in Bermuda, this poetic-visual project explores home, belonging, and displacement through interviews, field notes, photography, and performative gestures. Through conversations with Bermudian artist Jacqueline Alma, Filipina domestic worker Aci, and philosopher Stephen Notman, the work approaches poetry as a mode of ethnographic listening, attending to the fragments, silences, and uncertainties through which belonging is negotiated.
